Purposes and legitimacy of the treatment
RES-NOVAE will process your personal data for the purposes indicated below:
- To attend to requests for information and requests raised by the interested parties themselves through the channels and email provided on the website. This treatment is legitimized by the consent given by the interested party through its referral.
- To arrange and schedule the requested yesISO demonstration, based on the consent you have given by submitting this form.
- To allow the effective functioning of the website through the cookies installed, based on the legitimate interest of the company and the consent of the user shown with the acceptance of the same.
Users of our website are informed of the need to provide all mandatory data in order to fulfill the above purposes. These fields are identified by an asterisk (*).

Retention of data
The personal data provided by users will be kept for the time necessary to effectively fulfill the purposes stated above.
In particular, RES-NOVAE will retain the personal data submitted by users as long as necessary to address and manage the queries raised. Once the corresponding requests have been attended and managed, the personal data will be kept during the periods in which claims may arise and, subsequently, will be effectively deleted.
Likewise, customer data will be kept for the duration of the relationship and, upon its termination, for the legal periods foreseen in which liabilities may arise for the parties.

Recipients and international data transfers
RES-NOVAE will not communicate the personal data of users to third party companies, except in cases of legal obligation or with the consent of the person concerned in this regard. Security measures
RES-NOVAE has a firm commitment to the security of the data it processes and stores, so it has adopted the appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the personal data it processes and has implemented other additional technical means and measures at its disposal to prevent the loss, alteration, treatment or unauthorized access to the data of its users.
Specifically, RES-NOVAE has certified and implemented an information management system under the ISO 27001 standard.
